You're best off doing one complete door at a time. It's best if you get the fiddly screws undone first - start with a small flat head screwdriver and slide it gently into the recess. This pops the cover out very easily without any kind of prising or scratching.
Remove the screw from behind this cap and put it in a tub.
The door handle fastening bolts should be next on your list - there are two screws holding this section down. There is a slight gap where the orange circle is in the picture - insert the Bojo tool into this and pop the cover off (might take a bit of working).
Next the screws around the outside of the doorcard need to be undone. There are several along the left, right and bottom of the card and they are easily removed with a Philips screwdriver.
Again place these in a container to ensure they all go back in the right place.
Once the screws are all out, double check and then holding the handle and the bottom of the door card pull towards you and upwards slightly to unhook from the weather seal. Smiling is optional in this step!
As you pull the door card, you'll have to negotiate the door catch and once this is free you need to release the window winder controls - this is simple, just awkward. There is a clip - highlighted in the image. Pinch the clip and pull the terminal away from the door and it will come off leaving you access to upgrade the speaker in your Ford Focus!
Unscrew the Focus speaker from the door using the Philips screwdriver.
Once you've removed the clip (The clip needs a pinch to release), you can attach the speaker wire adaptor. The piece on the right of the picture clips straight into the socket, meaning no cutting of wires is required! Make sure you push it fully into the socket as it's a precise fit.
Attach the other end of the speaker adaptor wire's to the corresponding speaker terminals.
Offer the new, more powerful speaker up to the baffle - make sure the mounting points are in the right place and screw the speaker firmly into place.
Once this is done, it's a matter of putting the door card back in place - the reverse of what we have done, repeat for the other doors and the job's finished - upgraded speakers in your Focus!
This pack contains 4 speaker drivers(When chosen in the pack) and speaker cable adaptors needed to wire up the front and rear doors without the need to cut any wires.
